Diamonds Are Forever!

Diamonds are forever! It is one of the famous quote I know aside from the quote Diamonds are Girls Best friend! Personally, I would agree to both. As a matter of fact, I have my own diamond jewelries. I have two diamond necklaces with diamond pendants. My necklace with a cross pendant was given to me by my partner. The other one was a diamond key pendant. I bought it from Tiffany & co.

I also have a 3 in 1 ring with diamonds. They call it the eternity ring and I recently bought a ring with diamond stones. My new diamond ring is my favorite. It has 17 stones all in all. The design is not common. It looks like a peacock and I really love it.

My New Marcasite Ring :-)

Yesterday I bought a new ring. It is called a Marcasite ring.

Marcasite has the same chemical formula as Pyrite, but crystallizes in a different crystal system, thereby making it a separate mineral.

The designs of the era – marked by an abundance of small but brilliant stones (especially during the Late Victorian era and the Art Noveau/Edwardian period) inlaid in silver and other precious metals – are experiencing a revival today. Modern Victorian-era inspired jewelry, however, are making use of a mineral called marcasite or white pyrite instead of the usual stones. Marcasite (sometimes called white pyrite or white iron pyrite) are actually pyrite crystals that are made into jewelry.

I was thinking of something sweet & cold and found this photo.
Frosty milkshake is perfect for a summer treat but what if your girlfriend swallowed the engagement ring that was supposed to be a surprised?

This wedding proposal was not plan,
a friend of the couple challenged them a race to down a frosty.
What happens next makes you wonder why she said yes. She swallowed the ring whole.
It was two days after that she got her ring and they were set to marry.

hahaha! I wonder if it aches!whew!
This wedding proposal will always be remember by the bride.
